Most color questions can be settled by a free virtual consultation over text or message, while extensions and color correction require a consultation before the service is booked.
Services are priced by the service or by the hour. Custom color and color correction are charged hourly and booked as three-hour appointments that can be adjusted. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the booked services, no-shows are charged in full, and an unpaid invoice must be cleared before another appointment can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
