Color work covers full color, root retouch, toner only, bleach and toner, vivid colors, subtle and reverse ombre, and men's color. Color correction is offered for results that did not turn out as expected or came from boxed color. The salon uses Wella, Redken, Schwarzkopf and Matrix, and the color line is chosen to suit each client's hair texture and condition.

Straightening and smoothing are a major part of the menu. Keratin treatments use Keratin Complex products and the KCMAX Maximum Keratin Smoothing System, and are offered for frizzy, over-processed, dry or thick hair. Japanese permanent straightening, also called thermal reconditioning, leaves hair straight while new growth comes in with its original texture. Certified chemical straightening is also offered.

Extension options include tape-in, sewn-in weft, beaded weft, I-tip, Shrinkies, DreamCatchers, Hot Heads and Babe extensions. Babe and Hot Heads installers are certified. The salon advises against dyeing extensions because dye can damage them. For thinning hair, the Evolve Hair Volumizer is a semi-permanent hairpiece that is integrated with a client's own hair. It is designed for crown hair loss and for fine, thin or damaged hair, and each one is customized. The salon says it is made without chemicals or adhesives and installs without tape. Installation, cut and styling takes about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, and it can be worn for up to 4 to 5 weeks before a reset.
