Clients should bring hair that is ready to install. Frontal and weave hair must arrive shampooed, blow-dried, and free of glue and products, and wigs and closures must be clean, free of residue, and shampooed and blow-dried. Cut-up bundles are not installed, and an appointment may be rescheduled if bundles or frontals are not clean. Hair is not provided for 27 piece services, and the salon recommends purchasing a Tara 2.4.6 purple box beforehand.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead; a $25 fee applies to cancellations inside that window. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late are charged a late fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price to the card on file. Once booked, the chosen style cannot be changed. Same-day squeeze-ins carry a $50 fee and require calling first to check availability. Appointments are rescheduled by contacting the salon directly. Extra guests and children are not permitted unless they are being serviced.
