New clients are usually asked to start with a consultation, a short appointment of 15 to 30 minutes to talk through hair concerns, color, cut or extension goals and a plan for what comes next. New clients pay a $15 deposit for it, which is applied to the appointment. Color correction and Custom Blonding also ask first-time clients to book a consultation beforehand.

Color services run from a quick gloss refresh and root touch-up to mini and full foil highlights, bleach with toner, all-over color and custom blonding, which includes balayage, foilayage and babylights. Extension services include bead move-ups, beaded weft, tape-in and butterfly installs, and removal.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, with Friday and Sunday closed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee.
