Root touch ups are offered with or without a cut, and a platinum or bleach root touch up is for solid blonde hair with bleach applied to the scalp rather than highlight touch ups. Blonding is available with a basic trim or with a cut and round brush blow dry. Fantasy, rainbow and vivid color needs a color consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment, and a $30 in-person consultation is available with its fee deducted from the service total on the day.

Cuts cover the range from a bang trim for existing clients to long cuts for hair past the shoulders. The classic cut and the skin fade both include a hot towel shampoo and a warm lather neck shave. Men's services include beard trims, beard line ups with a razor-detailed edge, beard knock downs for long beards, and express face and head shaves. A men's hair color and cut is also offered. Children's cuts are offered for ages 0 to 13, with a parent or guardian consultation for the older kids.

Styling and treatments include blowouts, dry styling, updos for formal events, a Bond Builder treatment that can be added to a cut or color or booked alone, body wave perms that use large rods, and the Brazilian Blowout Original for reducing frizz and taming curls. The Brazilian Blowout is listed as lasting up to 12 to 14 weeks, with home shampoo and conditioner included. Waxing is available as a small add on for areas such as the brows, lip, nose, ears and chin.

Payment includes Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Last-minute cancellations are charged 50 percent of the appointment total, and no-shows are charged the full amount.
