The color menu ranges from single-process root touch-ups and face-framing highlights to color melts, all-over color, half-head and full-head highlights or balayage, and lighten-and-tone services. Root retouches can be paired with a half head or full head of highlights or balayage. Vivid and fashion color is priced by the hour and includes lightening, the vivid application, a haircut and a blow dry.

Extensions are set up after a consultation. Sew-in installs are priced per row, with traditional and invisible rows listed separately, and the hair itself is not included. Tape-in installs are quoted after the consultation, and hair can be purchased through the stylist, with color matching charged as an extra fee.

Clients can also book a keratin smoothing treatment, conditioning and demineralizing treatments, and a range of cuts including clipper cuts, wet or dry cuts and cut-and-blow-dry styles. Eyebrow, lip and chin waxing is available as well.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and it is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.

Consultations come before the larger jobs, including extensions and vivid color, so the plan is settled before the appointment.
