New clients begin with an in-person consultation so the plan can be built around their hair goals, and a digital consultation form may be requested before the first appointment. Color services use lightener along with permanent and semipermanent colors, and drapes and towels are provided. Guests getting color are asked to avoid wearing white. Extensions need an in-person consultation before the first installation, which covers color matching and a final price quote. Specialty styling also requires a consultation first and does not cover bridal work or bridal parties.

Appointments are recommended, and short-notice visits may be possible when an opening or cancellation comes up. Online bookings go through a Glossgenius page, which also offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Guests may arrive up to 10 to 15 minutes late, though sessions end at the booked time and the appointment may be rescheduled. Prices exclude gratuity, and tipping is optional with a standard of 15 to 20 percent. Cash, local checks, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 11 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 7 PM, and Friday from 12 noon to 6 PM. It is closed on weekends.

The studio works toward a look that meets each client's needs after learning what matters most to them, and recommends personalized hair care products and a home routine after appointments.
