Lee is a stylist at the salon. Lee chaired the organizing committee for Kutting for Kids, a citywide cut-a-thon that collected hair donations for Locks of Love, from 2001 to 2015.

Lee has also been involved in a restoration project aboard the USS Orleck (DD 886) in Jacksonville. Lee sponsored and helped restore the ship's barber shop, which opened to the public in fall 2022. On June 25, 2023, Kutting for Kids returned to the ship, raising $16,780 toward restoring the ship's youth berthing and living spaces.

For 2024, Lee plans to open the ship's barber shop for free haircuts and is recruiting volunteer barbers and cosmetologists to help.

The salon is bright, clean and warm, with a relaxing feel.
