Services are grouped into blonding, color, cuts, extensions and styling. Color ranges from all-over color that permanently darkens hair without adding dimension, to glazes that tone out brassiness or temporarily deepen color, to gray coverage done as a root touch-up and lived-in color that goes darker while keeping dimension.

Extensions are handtied and custom colored, and can be installed fresh or moved up. They are applied so they blend with natural hair, and the business describes its extensions as premium quality. Blowouts include a shampoo, blow-dry and styling, and haircuts include a shampoo and blow-dry.

The salon focuses on personalized services, with the aim that each client leaves the appointment feeling more confident.
