Hair replacement, extensions and toppers are the core of the business, alongside a menu of cutting, color and men's grooming services.

The studio describes itself as an education company, and the team's training is central to how it operates. The Kevin Bryan Academy trains hairdressers in non-surgical hair replacement, hair extensions, precision cutting and the business side of working behind the chair. Courses range from a short two-hour look-and-learn session to two full days of hands-on instruction, and include Hair Replacement 101, The Art of Adding Extensions, Women's Short and Long Precision Cutting, and Men's Barbering. Precision cutting courses are based on the classic systems of Vidal Sassoon.

Visits take place in a studio offering complete privacy, light refreshments and beverage service, complimentary Wi-Fi and a relaxed setting with modern decor. Pricing for toppers, hair replacement and extensions depends on the product and how much customization is needed, and is quoted after a private consultation. The studio sells a private-label Kevin Bryan hair collection and a custom-formulated hair care line, and a portion of every hair care product sold is donated to foster youth care in the local community.

Each client is worked with directly in the private studio, with customized alternative hair solutions rather than one standard system. Products are chosen to suit the client, and the team's continued training is treated as part of the service.
