Hair by Kelly Rockwall

Kelly has been working as a stylist since 2008 and runs Hair by Kelly Rockwall from Legacy Salons & Day Spa in Rockwall. The business is built around one-on-one work: Kelly learns what each client wants, then suggests a route to that look.

HALO extensions are final sale, and backordered items can be cancelled at no charge within a limited window before processing begins.
