Visits start with a free 25-minute consultation about hair goals, hair history and daily routine. Extension clients get a separate free 45-minute consultation that covers extension methods, color matching, length and pricing before anything is installed. Haircuts are finished with a blow-dry and style, and curly cuts are shaped around each client's curl pattern.

Color work includes quick refreshes between full appointments, root touch-ups, full all-over color and several highlight techniques, from foil highlights to hand-painted balayage. Full and partial color, highlight and smoothing services require a $50 deposit. Smoothing and repair treatments include a keratin treatment, a Brazilian Blowout and a Hair Botox split-end treatment.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter-notice changes and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee. Emergencies are handled case by case.

Each appointment is built around the client's hair, lifestyle and goals, with an aim to keep hair healthy and easy to manage between visits.
