Karoline began working as a stylist after finishing school. Over time she saw many clients whose extensions felt tight or painful or were damaging their hair, and she set out to offer a gentler way to wear extensions.

New extension clients book a consultation before a new install. An install includes the extension hair, custom color for the extensions, a custom cut and a finished style, and is shaped to each client's color, texture and hair needs. New install prices vary with the extension color, texture and customization required. Maintenance visits, usually every six to eight weeks, cover removal, reinstall and styling, and extension color fades enough that it may need adjusting about every third appointment.

Color services include a choice of a treatment or a haircut. Listed prices are a reference for budgeting, not a specific quote, and can change with the time and color required.
