The services are grouped into haircuts, color, chemical services, treatments and add-ons, and the salon serves clients in Clayton and the surrounding towns of Garner, Raleigh, Fuquay-Varina, Apex and Cary.

Haircuts include women's cuts, men's cuts and kids' cuts. Color work ranges from color retouches and all-over color to highlights, lowlights, vivid colors and dimensional color. Perms and smoothing treatments are also offered, along with styling and healthy-hair care treatments.

For color, balayage or any major transformation, the salon offers a complimentary consultation, either in person or by phone, before the service is booked. Final prices depend on hair length and thickness, time and products needed, and any services added during the appointment. Extra-long or extra-thick hair may be priced higher, and this is discussed with the stylist before service begins.

The salon uses professional-grade, salon-quality products. Clients with product sensitivities or allergies are asked to mention them when booking so the stylist can plan around them. Clients should arrive with clean hair that is dry or towel-dried, unless something else has been discussed.

Bookings can be made online or by calling or texting (984) 400-6002. A deposit of 25% of the total is due at least 3 days before the appointment and is applied to the final bill. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Recurring or standing appointments are available, and booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead is advised for color services or special occasions. Payment is taken at the time of service by cash, check, credit or debit card, Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay. Children may only attend an appointment if they are also receiving a service.
