The menu runs from a consultation and a haircut through color work. Gray coverage can be added to a partial or full color service. Root touch-ups cover up to two inches of new growth, and clients with more than six weeks of growth are charged extra. Partial and full highlights and balayage are offered, with lowlights available as an add-on to a partial or a full blonding. Vivid and creative color, custom color and color correction are also listed, with custom color bookable by the hour. A gloss or gloss refresh can be added to another service.

Beyond color, the studio offers a K18 treatment, a damage control and repair service that includes a wash, blow dry and trimming, and a deep conditioning treatment that is only booked as an add-on. Braids, shampoo and dry, styling for occasions such as proms and weddings, and extension installs or move-ups (hair not included) are also available. Some add-ons, such as a face framing highlight and a CPR or DDL service, can be combined with other services.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair; washing within the last 24 hours is fine. Children are not permitted at appointments. Payment is accepted by cash and card. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee of the total service charge, arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a no-show, and a no-show is charged 70% of the appointment to the card on file. After two cancellations or no-shows, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book the next visit. Services are not refundable, but concerns should be raised within seven days so they can be adjusted.

The studio is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Clients who reach out through the contact page are asked to include a phone number.
