The space has a retro look and a high-energy feel. Guests can be offered water, flavored fizzy water and espresso during the visit, and one glass of wine per visit when available for guests 21 and over. Clients who prefer a quiet appointment can say so when booking or at the visit.

Haircuts include a shampoo and blow-dry style, with women's cuts at $95 and kids' cuts under 10 at $55. Color prices depend on the service and hair length: balayage ranges from $225 for short hair to $400 for extra-long, color retouches start at $105, and full head highlights are listed from $160. Color correction requires a consultation first, and double process color, fashion color, extensions and perms are priced after a consultation. Prices are starting amounts.

Booking is by call or text to (619) 551-3524 or through the booking form on the site. A deposit is required and is applied to the original date and time. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is changed or cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to cancellation and loss of the deposit. Before chemical services or color, clients are asked to share long-term hair history, recent surgery, medication changes, new diets and hormonal changes with their stylist. Tools and surfaces are cleaned according to California state law.

The salon states that good results come from a thorough consultation combined with current industry trends and techniques, and it encourages both clients and stylists to be themselves.
