Boho braids come in small, smedium and medium sizes, with shoulder, mid-back, waist and butt lengths available. Knotless braids are made by feeding extension hair gradually into the natural hair instead of starting with a bulky knot. Miracle Knots are offered as a protective style with a full, polished finish. Kids braids are available for children ages 5 to 10, and wig installs are also offered.
Appointments can be booked online through the salon's booking site. A 25% deposit is required to reserve a time, and the salon charges a 20% service fee for no-shows, along with late-arrival fees of $20 for 15 minutes late and $50 for 30 minutes or more. Missed appointments are not refunded. The salon says it aims to look after clients beyond the braids themselves and to avoid rushing appointments. Prices may change without notice, and the salon may decline service to anyone.
Beyond braiding, the salon sells more than 50 hair care products, more than 25 hair accessories, bulk hair for braiding and styling, and wigs. Free and paid hair care tutorials are available, and personalized hair care advice can be arranged by contacting the salon.
