Color is a large part of the menu. Offerings include hand-painted balayage, foil highlights, face framing highlights, all-over color, two-process color, root retouches, and gloss or toner to refresh tone and add shine. Color correction is billed by the hour and starts with a consultation in person or by text with photos, and a test strand may be needed first.

Women's cuts are shaped to each client's hair texture and face shape and include shampoo, a blow dry and styling. Men's cuts, kids' cuts for children 11 and under, blowouts in a style of the client's choice, and updos or special styles are also offered. A free style lesson covers using a curling iron or hair dryer at home.

Existing clients can get a complimentary bang trim or neck trim between appointments. Extension services include tape-in, color, removal and CombLine hair enhancements, with pricing that varies for some of them.

Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period. After that, services may be moved to another day. The salon also sells Olaplex and Wella Professional products, DIVI scalp health and VIRTUE hair products, and gift cards.

Color and cuts begin with a conversation about the client's goals, and haircuts are personalized to hair texture and face shape.
