Much of the work centers on extensions. Quickweaves can be done with hair the client supplies or hair bought as an add-on, and traditional or versatile sew-ins are offered with or without bundles included. Several birthday bundle packages pair an install with two or three bundles, and a sew-in with raw Cambodian bundles, Cambodian Burmese or Cambodian curly hair is priced at three levels by length. Lengths of 22-26 inches add $30 to the two- and three-bundle sew-ins, and a fourth bundle on 16-20 inch lengths adds $15.
Other services include custom wigs, custom wig maintenance, take-downs and install maintenance with an installation wash and style refresh. Silk presses include shampoo, a hydration steam and a trim if needed. Natural hair is an extra charge for a silk press, and kinky or coily textures are not pressed out before service. Clients unsure which service they need can book a 10 to 15 minute consultation for $15.
Booking rules are firm: a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and arriving 30-45 minutes late forfeits both the appointment and the deposit. The booking page asks clients to allow a three-quarter-hour in-shop grace period. Hair must be at least 3-4 inches long for installation, locs are not accepted, and curling styles such as crimped or wand curls must be noted at booking. Hair for custom color is dropped off 3-4 days ahead, and custom color is not done on the appointment day. Changes go through the confirmation email and only outside the 24-hour window, since the business does not reschedule by hand. The online shop also sells Cambodian extensions and lace closures.
