Each appointment is personalized to the client. The studio says its work rests on advanced technique and healthy hair practices. Booking is handled through the studio's app, where deposits are applied to the service total and payment is taken by cash or card, with taxes and processing fees included at checkout.
Booking rules matter here. Cancellations or changes need 72 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a 30% fee. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and clients more than 15 minutes late pay a $20 late fee. Hair should be clean and detangled before the visit unless a wash is booked. Early morning appointments between 4:30 and 8:30 AM and evening appointments after 6 PM carry a $50 fee. Extra guests and unattended children are not permitted.
The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 12 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5:30 AM to 9 PM, Saturday from 6 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM. It also rents booths with a chair and station for $50 between 9 AM and 7:30 PM, with a $15 non-refundable deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
