Hair By Dem & Co. is a color-focused salon in Armonk, with a menu that also covers blowouts, cuts, extensions, styling and treatments. The salon describes its team as lively and very talented, and says the goal is to meet each client's expectations.

Stylists are grouped into three experience levels, and each level has its own pricing. Every service is booked a la carte. Listed prices are starting points, and they rise with hair length and thickness.

Booking order matters here. Haircuts and dry cuts are done before color and are not booked after a color service, while blowouts are booked after color. Estimates are requested by email with a current photo of the client's hair and a photo of the desired result.

The salon requires a credit card to hold an appointment and does not offer refunds of any kind. Appointments canceled the day of or missed entirely are charged 100% of the services booked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, and the cancellation fee then applies. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday noon to 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 2:30 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
