Knotless braids are priced by size and length, from extra small mid back at the top of the range down to jumbo mid back, and each one comes with a rough time estimate so clients can plan the day. Other options include Fulani braids with or without boho, miracle knots, feed-in braids, men's box braids, men's designer braids, sew-ins and two strand twists. Removal of box or knotless braids is priced separately, and braid touch-ups and braid-downs for wigs are also offered. Wig installation is not part of the service menu.

Locs services range from a loc detox and half-head or full styles with a simple finish to starter locs for people beginning their loc journey, kids locs for ages 10 and under, and microloc retie. Sister locs and micro locs require a $50 non-refundable deposit sent by Cash App within 24 hours of booking, which is taken off the final price. A microloc retie needs a consultation booked beforehand and the same deposit.

Outside braids and locs, the studio offers haircuts, trims, silk presses that include shampoo, blow dry and flat iron, relaxers, keratin treatments that last twelve weeks, protein treatments and scalp massage as an add-on. Grey coverage is available and excludes braid styles. Hair color is priced by service, with a lift and tone listed separately; clients are asked to send a photo of the color they want. Waxing is also offered, with prices that vary.

Appointments are booked online only. Payment is by cash, Venmo or Cash App, and card payments are not accepted. Appointments are not automatically confirmed and may be rescheduled if booked far in advance, and times can run over. Arriving ten minutes late counts as a no-show and carries a $50 fee, and cancellations should be made before the appointment start time. Consistently late clients may be banned from booking for six months, and excessive cancellations can lead to being blocked. Matted hair is charged $20 for each 30 minutes of detangling, so detangling fully beforehand avoids extra fees. Clients must book the correct service, since booking the wrong one requires rescheduling.
