Reservations require a deposit. Many services ask for a $25 or $50 deposit at the time of online booking. Deposits cannot be refunded or moved to another appointment if the cancellation comes less than 24 hours before the visit. Guests are requested to change their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments lose the deposit, and a new deposit may be required before another booking is accepted. In-person bookings priced between $50 and $4,000 can be spread into payments through Buy Now, Pay Later, provided the request is approved before the appointment.

For longer plans, the Protective Hair Growth Package at $375 includes a hair and scalp analysis, a growth and retention plan, a healthy protective style (medium miracle knots or a basic hybrid sewin) and a haircare kit; the site states a saving of $252.12 against the individual services. The Amika Smoothing Membership is $150 every four weeks and covers two shampoo and styling services, one scalp detox treatment and one Olaplex bonding treatment. Members get priority booking and retail savings, applied at checkout when they book as usual.
