Hair by Claire is run by a single stylist, Claire Ennes, and offers a range of hair services alongside brow, lip, chin and cheek waxing. The menu covers color from gloss and toner through root touch-ups, foil highlights, and balayage, plus women's and children's haircuts, shampoo and style, and extension work.

Visits typically begin with a free consultation to talk through goals, hair history and current condition. Extension clients get a separate free consultation covering goals, color match, the extension method, pricing and upkeep. Extensions are only serviced and maintained for methods the stylist has installed, and a hair deposit is taken if a client chooses to go ahead, with installation scheduled once the hair arrives.

Open Tuesday through Saturday, with Monday and Sunday closed. Tuesday, Friday and Saturday run 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and Thursday 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations carry a 25% fee of the booked service, a no-call, no-show costs 50%, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a 25% late fee. A valid card must be on file to book, and a deposit is required for future bookings after more than one missed appointment without notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.
