The hair menu runs from clipper cuts and fades through short cuts, maintenance cuts and a larger style change, with flat iron or curl styling available as an add-on. Color options include highlights in several sizes, balayage or ombre, corrective color and vivids, root touch-ups and all-over color. Color services include a complimentary dusting or micro-trim, and all-over color comes with a conditioning gloss. Bridal up-dos and a keratherapy smoothing treatment, which the salon says gives humidity protection for 12 to 16 weeks and can be shampooed the same day, are also offered.

The facial menu includes a Karmatherapy facial, light therapy, LED add-ons, oxygen, microcurrent, a BioRe peel, Nano Stamp microchanneling and Jet Plasma, with neck add-ons for several of them. The facial skincare line uses water-based plant formulas and is priced so clients can keep up a routine at home between facials. Botanical skincare and pure essential oils are custom blended to each client's skin needs. Massage options are Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy and Ashi-Thai Fusion, which is done fully clothed with no oils and uses the therapist's feet and overhead bars, with warm bamboo, sugar foot scrub and deep heat add-ons. The nail menu covers basic and gel manicures, spa manicures, several pedicure styles, gel overlays, fills and full sets. The salon says its gel enhancements produce no toxic fumes during application and that the hard gel is odorless.

Cosmetic tattoo work includes powder brows in ombre or full shading styles, lip blush, and lip neutralization for purple, blue or brown lip tones. Powder brows are a two to two-and-a-half hour procedure, and touch-ups and color refreshes are priced by the time since the first session. Work started elsewhere can be corrected or touched up, and cover-up or correction requires photos of bare brows sent by email first. Cosmetic tattoo is typically booked four to six weeks ahead. Waxing covers face, brow, underarm, bikini and Brazilian areas, with a gentle cream recommended for facial waxing. Lash lifts, with or without tint, last six to eight weeks and do not require extensions.

The salon operates by appointment only and does not accommodate walk-ins. Reservations are made by phone, and a valid credit card or gift certificate number is needed at booking. There is no receptionist, so calls are returned between client appointments and after-hours calls are answered the next business day. General hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm, and practitioners set their own days and hours within those times. Cancellations or changes need at least 72 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments without a courtesy call are charged in full. Children are asked to stay home unless they are receiving services. Practitioners are independent, self-employed contractors who lease a station in the salon. Gratuity of customarily 10 to 20% can be added at checkout, though it is not added to services, spa packages or parties. The salon does not issue refunds on services, and product sales are final except for damaged bottles.
