Advance online booking is preferred, and same-day appointments depend on availability. Each service's description and the booking confirmation list hair suggestions and any other items to bring. Clients should wash and blow dry their hair before services, unless they have booked a shampoo before install.
The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the cost of the service, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service, since the schedule is timed. Payment is accepted by Cash App, PayPal, Zelle and cash.
Beyond appointments, the salon sells hair products such as leave-in conditioners, edge and braid gels, detangling sprays and styling tools, along with wig install supplies, loc caps, snapbacks and fashion items.
