Color work ranges from quick add-ons to longer sessions, including per-foil highlights, face framing highlights, base color retouches, all-over color, and gloss or toner. Lightening comes in several tiers: basic lightening for very short or fine hair and for clients refreshing their look every six to eight weeks, maintenance lightening that works like a highlight or balayage touch-up, and trademark lightening for new clients, those with very long or thick hair, and anyone with previous color who wants to go lighter. Brilliant lightening is priced by the hour, with four hours included, and is aimed at corrective work such as botched balayage or highlights, at-home bleaching and box color.

Extensions are hand tied, in a single weft or a double weft for more fullness, and new extension clients need a consultation before their first service. Treatments include Olaplex with a color service and keratin treatment. Appointments range from a short deep conditioner add-on to multi-hour color sessions, so the salon can fit the service to the length of the visit.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, which may be moved to the next visit in an emergency. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
