Prices and times are listed per service. A consultation runs 50 minutes for $45. A basic cut takes 30 minutes for $65 and includes shampoo, steam and the cut. No-weave cuts such as pixies and cut-and-curl sessions take about 1 hour 40 minutes, while the longer quick weave and full-service refresh appointments run from about 3 hours 20 minutes up to nearly 6 hours. Clip-in styling takes 2 hours 30 minutes.

Some services list their hair source. The Quick Weave bob uses hair purchased separately from SAGA or DUVESSA. The salon notes that it does not perform hair installs, so clients should check which services fit their needs before booking. Luxury Clip-ins requires the client's hair color in advance and at least two weeks for the clips to be available.

Booking rules are set out clearly. Only the booked client may attend an appointment. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; arriving 20 minutes late carries a $50 fee, and any appointment more than 20 minutes late is canceled without the option to rebook. Clients should disclose medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities before service, and the stylist may decline service for health, safety, sanitation or to keep the space safe and professional. Dissatisfied clients should speak to the stylist before leaving the suite. Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours and are made at the stylist's discretion, and completed services are not refunded. Clients are responsible for their own belongings, and respectful behavior is required.
