Services are grouped into haircuts, hair color, lightening, hair texture treatments and add-ons. A haircut is $110 and includes a blow-dry and style. All-over color starts at $180 and can use permanent or semi-permanent color. Touch-ups start at $140, and color correction starts at $400. Lightening is offered as face frame, partial or full work, with foils or balayage, and can be combined with a cut or color.
Texture services include a keratin treatment at $350, which the studio says relaxes frizz for up to four months, and Qiqi straightening, a permanent service that can be tailored to remove anywhere from none to all of the curl. The studio says Qiqi straightening is free from harsh chemicals. Add-ons include a root smudge, a conditioning treatment, toner or gloss, a haircut with smoothing service, and L'Oreal Professional Power Dose treatments, which can be added to any service.
Cancellations and changes need 48 hours notice. Without that notice, a client may be charged 50% of the missed service's price, and no-shows fall under the same policy. Clients more than 15 minutes late may not receive the booked service, and a cancellation fee may apply. Payment is accepted by cash, check, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Free parking and an EV charger are available, and the studio is listed as LGBTQIA friendly and kid friendly.
Hair health comes first in color and cutting work, with each service shaped around what the client needs and the result they want.
