Extension installs and move-ups are offered by the row, and clients can book a free 15-minute color consultation or a free extension consultation before committing to a service.

The menu also covers dry cuts, blowouts and wash, cut and style appointments, plus brow waxing and brow wax with tint. Lash services include lash fills, lash lifts and tints, and classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. Special occasion makeup is available from a starting price of $75.

Clients can book house calls. The studio accepts Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Regular hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, with Monday, Saturday and Sunday closed.

The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and the cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Several lash and makeup services require a deposit of $15 to $20 when booking.
