Bookings are taken by phone, Monday through Saturday with flexible hours, and appointments are recommended in advance.

Each visit starts with a full consultation to work out what is going on with the client's hair. Recommendations take hair, skin tone, face shape, lifestyle and how much maintenance the client wants into account. Color formulas are mixed to order, and a customized formula can be purchased for $300. The formula is stated to remain the property of the stylist.

The menu spans hair color such as balayage, ombre, foil and dimensional color, corrective color, glazes and root touch-ups, along with women's and men's cuts and styling. Keratin treatments are offered for frizz and curl, alongside conditioning and hydrating treatments for stressed or chemically treated hair. Eyelash extensions, facial waxing for brows, lip and chin, and makeup services round out the menu.

Pricing depends on the time and product each service needs, so it can rise if more of either is required. Clients can ask about the price of a specific service before booking. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, and a confirmation call comes 24 hours before each appointment. Missed appointments without at least 24 hours' notice are billed for the services booked, and that fee must be paid before the next visit. Refunds are not offered on services, and changes should be requested by phone as soon as possible after a service. If a client would like to see another stylist, the salon says it will support that and make a recommendation.
