The menu covers haircuts for children and women, with bang trims also available. Blow dries range from a basic finish that adds body and shine to a longer style for curls, waves or straight looks. Color runs from a gloss that enhances shine up through retouches, face frame and full foils, partial and full balayage, and color correction.

Clients usually begin with a free 30-minute consultation to talk through their hair goals. Haircuts include a consultation, a shampoo, a scalp massage and a technical blow dry. Color services booked online come with a complimentary blow dry or a haircut. Color correction and extension installs require a consultation before booking, and new clients are asked for a deposit on several services.

The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations carry a 50% fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full booked amount. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, and clients running late are asked to call or text. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Payments are accepted.
