Every service on the menu is a hair service. Highlights are offered as full babylights or balayage with a haircut and blow dry, or as a partial version for refreshing existing highlights on half the head. Toners and glosses remove brassy tones and adjust color. Other options include all-over color, root touch-ups, vivid color refreshes, color correction for toning brassiness or darkening or lightening, and a Brazilian blowout, which is a semi-permanent keratin smoothing treatment.

A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute in-person consultation about the service you want. Services are priced from a starting point, and some, such as vivid color and the Brazilian blowout, may cost more than quoted. New clients booking a haircut pay a $50 deposit, and new clients booking babylights or balayage pay a $150 non-refundable deposit. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Tuesdays and Sundays.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Changes made inside that window carry a 40 percent fee, and a no-show is charged 50 percent of the service. One reschedule is allowed when requested more than 48 hours ahead. Appointments cannot be transferred to another person. Adjustments to color or cut are complimentary within one week of the service, and later adjustments are charged at the regular price.

Each visit begins with a free in-person consultation so the service matches what the client wants, and the salon offers a complimentary adjustment to color or cut within one week.
