Keratin smoothing is the core of the menu. Options include Silk Touch Plus, Silk Touch, 24 Karat, Silk Touch Express, Blowout Express and a men's keratin treatment. Silk Touch Plus is described as formaldehyde-free and powered by OrgaLoc, and Silk Touch is described as reducing frizz, curl and volume. Vegan and formaldehyde-free options are offered.
Beyond keratin, the salon offers Diamond Botox hair repair, which is tailored to dry, brittle, chemically treated or thinning hair. Color services include root touch-ups, full head highlights, gloss or toner, and multi-visit color packages, using professional color products imported from Italy. Premium 100% Remy human hair tape-in extensions are applied professionally, with stylists matching color and style. Premium blowouts are a wash, conditioning treatment and customized style, and can be booked singly or in 3x, 5x or 10x packages.
Its retail range includes the Silk Touch and Ultimate Repair systems, Blond Plex Platinum, Armorplex, take-home keratin and Diamond Botox kits, and ORYA ionic styling tools.
Each visit is personalized to the client's hair needs, preferences and lifestyle. Services can be booked through the salon's website or its booking app, and e-gift cards and vouchers are sold online.
