Most services begin with a personalized consultation with a licensed beauty technician, and treatments are customized from there. Keratin treatments are applied by licensed hair technicians after a one-on-one consultation, in person or by phone. Color technicians match and mix shades to each client's skin tone, features and style, and the salon recommends a root color visit every six to eight weeks as hair grows about half an inch a month. Barbers follow traditional grooming methods, and straight shaving is done slowly and carefully. Straight shaves are offered at the Cypress, Fullerton and Santa Ana listings.

Appointments can be requested by phone or by email. Visits are booked in 30 minute blocks, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late forfeit their appointment. Flat iron and blow dry add-ons should be added when booking online so the extra time is reserved. Relaxers are applied only by salon professionals after a strand test, and the salon advises waiting at least a week and one shampoo before applying permanent color. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday.
