Color is a central part of the menu, with single process, glaze, balayage, highlights, root tap and root melt services, single foil add-ons, corrective color and creative color. Balayage and highlights are offered as full, partial and face frame options, with starting prices listed by coverage. Creative and corrective color are priced after a consultation. Hair extensions use the salon's own exclusive Machine Weft Hair Addict line, and pricing is discussed at consultation.

Haircut and styling services include women's cuts, men's cuts, a cut for children aged 12 and under, blowouts, curling iron or flat iron styling, formal styling and up dos. Straightening options are the Brazilian, Lazio and Magic Sleek systems. Bridal and special occasion makeup is also available.

Booking has a few rules to know about. New clients booking major services pay a deposit that is applied to the appointment when it is kept. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel appointments longer than one hour, and deposits are not returned for no-shows or late cancellations. Services are not refundable once performed, and a signed consent form is required before any color correction. Clients are encouraged to ask about pricing before a service begins, since an upcharge may apply for extra product or time. Redos require an in-person evaluation with the original stylist.
