The facial menu runs from a one-hour HELLO facial, which begins with a consultation and skin analysis and lets the client choose a scalp or neck and decollete massage, to a 90-minute CLOUD 9 facial that the business describes for returning clients. That version includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, ultrasonic blade and high frequency. An ENZYME facial uses fruit enzymes in place of scrubs or acids. The 90-minute SKIN REHAB facial combines a double cleanse, scrub or enzyme exfoliation, a mask, massage, moisturizer and SPF with dermaplaning paired with Nano Infusion, a method that uses tiny silicone tips to help serums reach deeper layers of the skin, which the business describes as non-invasive. Dermaplaning can also be added to any facial to remove peach fuzz and smooth the skin's texture.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination, and a combined lamination and tint, with waxing or cleanup included in the tint and lamination services. Lash services are Korean lash lifts, with or without tint, which give natural lashes a lifted curl. Bookings require a deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a full fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to rescheduling.
