Every treatment starts with a 10-minute skin analysis, and clients can begin with a free consultation. Treatments are planned around each client's skin, features, preferences and goals.

The studio offers three custom facials. The Eir Glow ($130) includes a cleanse, exfoliation, a targeted mask, a relaxing signature massage and finishing products chosen for the skin. Nordic Hydro Glow ($160) uses HydroDiamond technology to exfoliate, clear congestion and infuse targeted serums, with the aim of improving texture, boosting hydration and softening the look of pores. The Eir Ritual ($210) combines customized skincare with advanced exfoliation and extra time that can go to massage of the face, neck, shoulders, hands or arms, soothing masks or quiet rest, and it finishes with LED light therapy.

Advanced skincare options may include Hydro Diamond, derma-planing, LED light therapy and deep exfoliation. Lash extensions, lash lifts and lash tints are offered, and lash and brow services can be customized from a soft, natural look to a more defined finish. Brow mapping, shaping, tinting and lamination are available, along with facial and body waxing that covers brow shaping, upper lip, chin and a variety of body areas.

Clients can book straight through the salon's website. Appointments can be moved or canceled as long as at least 24 hours' notice is given. A cancellation made inside that window may be charged 50% of the total for the scheduled services, and a missed appointment may be charged the full 100%. Clients who have repeatedly canceled late or missed appointments may be asked for a partial deposit before they can book again.
