The business is built around one-on-one service, with each appointment planned around the client's hair history, goals, maintenance needs, and how they want to feel when they leave.

The menu covers cutting and shaping in three levels, from routine trims to a full cut with finished styling. Color services are offered to refresh, deepen, brighten, or change tone, and relaxers can be used to smooth, maintain, or transition texture. Traditional styling is aimed at healthy movement, body, shine, and a polished finish, and extension installs are offered with shampoo, a light trim as needed, and basic styling.

Booking runs online, with a card on file to secure appointments. First-time color clients complete a consultation before booking, and consultations are also offered for extensions and other services that need planning. Off the Menu appointments are private, custom, or added at the owner's discretion for established clients, and are not bookable online.

Each appointment is designed around the individual client's hair history, goals, and maintenance needs, with a focus on quality work that looks good well after the visit.
