Refunds and credit notes are not given for a change of mind, and staff may decline service to clients who are rude or disrespectful, or for certain nail conditions, open wounds or contagious illness.

Gift cards can be bought as e-gift cards through the website. They cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and lost or stolen cards are not replaced.
