Curly hair is a specialty. Curly cuts are performed by the salon's curl-focused stylists, and curly services include Global Keratin treatments and perms. To get the best result, curly appointments need clean, detangled hair with no heavy oils or butters, worn down and styled curly; buns, twists, clips, headbands and updos are not allowed. If these preparation steps are missed, extra styling fees may apply or the appointment may be moved.

Bridal hair and makeup for the bride, the bridal party and flower girls can be done in the salon or on location. Bridal services are reserved by contacting the salon to confirm availability and the date. Hair extensions start with a consultation, where the exact cost is quoted based on hair type, amount and installation method. The consultation fee is applied to the service if it is booked within 30 days.

Booking policies: cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the service and time reserved, and no-call, no-show reservations are charged the full amount. Online booking of chemical services requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied at the visit. The salon is open Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. It accepts cash, checks and major credit cards.

Services are meant to be accessible, with stylist levels and prices that let guests choose their experience and budget. Stylists take ongoing training to keep up with hair trends.
