The business is closed on Mondays and Sundays, open 9 AM to 5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 AM to 1 PM on Thursdays, and 9 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturdays.

The manicure menu starts with a regular manicure without polish, which covers filing and shaping, cuticle care, buffing and hand moisturizing, and takes about 60 minutes from $65. The Dazzle Dry manicure uses regular polish that sets in about 5 minutes without UV light and can last up to four weeks; the polish is described as vegan and non-toxic. The rubber base manicure, also called the Ukrainian manicure, includes detailed cuticle treatment and a finish that can last up to four weeks. Pricing depends on nail length, starting at $85 for short or medium nails and $95 for long nails, with a 120-minute appointment; with Oleksandra it starts at $130. Pedicures include an advanced pedicure with deep skin work that removes dryness and buildup using Ukrainian techniques, starting at $130 for 90 minutes or more. The Ukrainian hardware pedicure removes calloused skin and keeps feet smooth for up to four weeks; it starts at $95 for 60 minutes with Oleksandra and $85 for 60 minutes with Aleks.

Other services include nail strengthening, an overlay on natural nails for weak and brittle nails, starting at $105 for 120 minutes; nail extensions of any length and style with Aleks, starting at $120 for 120 minutes; and design, French and ombre nail art starting at $15 for 30 minutes, where almost any design can be done if a photo is sent in advance. Glam After Hours is a service booked outside regular hours by request, with an additional fee, at $175. A manicure and pedicure package costs $190 and saves $25; package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

New clients pay a deposit: $35 for a regular manicure, $40 for the Dazzle Dry manicure, $70 for the rubber base manicure with Oleksandra, $60 for the Ukrainian pedicure with Oleksandra, and $80 for Glam After Hours. A 60% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
