The menu centres on gel. Offerings include gel manicures, builder gel that reinforces the natural nail with colour included, soft gel and poly gel extensions, and refills for extensions every two to three weeks. Regular polish manicures and pedicures are also available. Acrylic and dip nails are not offered.

Appointments run for the length stated at booking, and that time is kept. A gel manicure takes about an hour, builder gel about an hour and a quarter, soft gel about an hour and a half, and a first poly gel set about two hours. A mani and pedi together takes closer to two hours. Prices are starting points; length, shape and design can raise the final amount, and the salon says so before work begins. There is no consultation fee, and prices cover the whole set rather than each nail.

Services are offered in English and Spanish. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free, but booking on Booksy is the only way to guarantee a time. Booksy lists the hours as Monday to Friday 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, closed Sunday. The studio is about eight to ten minutes by car from Coconut Grove. Metered street parking is around Alhambra Circle and paid garages are one block away. The studio reports a 5.0 average across 72 Google reviews.

Gel-only work on the natural nail, with cuticles pushed back rather than cut and gel removed by soaking rather than drilling.
