Color pricing can vary with hair length, density and thickness. Children 12 and under may be on the salon floor only while receiving a service, and supervised children and strollers stay in the front seating area.

Booking terms ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Guests more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or see another available stylist. Reservations that need a large block of time take a 50% non-refundable deposit that applies to the service if kept. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit, and rebooking requires a new one. Corrective color, hair extensions and keratin treatments also take a 50% non-refundable deposit. New guests who are late, miss or cancel within 24 hours prepay 100% of scheduled services to rebook. Returning guests' first missed appointment carries no charge, while later misses carry surcharges, and after a fourth missed appointment reservations are no longer made. Services are not refunded. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash, but not by check.

Bridal clients begin with a consultation covering their vision, portfolio, pricing and personal style, and can book a trial to preview the wedding day look. The mezzanine can be reserved for bridal parties, and bridal party hair and makeup, on-location services and mezzanine rental are priced upon consultation.
