The salon says it wants to be an inclusive, affirming place where clients feel safe, and it aims to build lasting relationships with the people in its chair. Stylists are described as giving real time and attention to each service and putting hair health first.
Chemical services, color corrections and extensions all begin with a consultation, which is separate from a hair appointment and can be booked on a different day. The consultation includes a check of overall hair and scalp health and covers pricing, availability, upkeep and any questions. Clients are asked to bring at least three inspiration photos, and to share their color history from the past three to five years. A test strand may be done to see how hair handles lightening.
Appointment forms need to be completed before the visit. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Chemical services carry a $50 deposit and washing and styling a $25 deposit. There is a 10-minute grace period; arriving later without notice can lead to rescheduling or cancellation and is treated as a no-show, with a fee of 50% of the appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is also treated as a no-show, and the fee is due before rebooking. Clients with two or more no-shows without prior notice may lose access to online booking. Clients aged 10 and up are welcome, and anyone under 18 must come with a parent or an adult aged 18 or older.
A loyalty card gives 15% off the fifth visit and 30% off the tenth, applied to appointments other than consultations. Clients who refer friends or family, who list them at booking, receive $5 off their next appointment. The salon is open Monday through Saturday, with hours from 9 or 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Questions can be sent by message before or after an appointment.
