Appointments can be booked online. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early, switch off your cell phone on entering, and leave children at home, since the salon does not admit them. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full value of the service. Parties of four or more have an 18% gratuity added to the bill. Prices can change without notice, and the salon accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. A loyalty program is also available.

Hair services at Foxborough include cutting, styling, color, highlights, straightening, perms and extensions. The salon offers SoCap extensions made from 100% human hair bonded with keratin, which can add length and volume, reconstruct fine thinning hair and cover scars; they require a consultation first.
