Online check-in opens five minutes after the salon opens and cannot be used for perms or formal updos. Guests check in at the front desk, and they can ask for a particular stylist at that point, though a request may lengthen the wait; stylists cannot be requested through online check-in and do not publish their schedules.
Each visit starts with a consultation before the cut, and guests can bring a photo of a haircut look from the lookbook to guide the conversation. Clip Notes keep technical notes on previous haircuts, so any stylist in the chain can refer to them.
