Online Check-In, through the website or the Great Clips app, places your name on a waitlist with estimated wait times; it is not an appointment, and it opens five minutes after the salon opens. Check-In can't be used for perms or formal updos, and stylists can't be requested through it. A stylist request is made at the salon and may lengthen the wait.
