Walk-ins are accepted. Online Check-In lets people join the wait list from anywhere and see estimated waits, but it does not reserve a time. It is not available for perms or formal updos, and it opens shortly after the salon does and closes as closing time nears. Clients can ask for a particular stylist at check-in, which may lengthen the wait, and stylist schedules are not published.

Formal styling and updos are offered for short and long hair. Hair coloring is not provided. Shampoo uses the client's preferred professional products, and beard trims can be shaped to a chosen length.
