A visit starts with a personalized consultation with the stylist. Customers can view styles in the online lookbook before they arrive. Stylists record technical notes on each haircut in Clip Notes, so any stylist at the salon can repeat a cut that a client has liked before.
Haircut options cover men's cuts such as fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, and women's cuts such as bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers. Children's haircuts are offered for young clients, and senior haircuts are available for customers 65 and over. Shampoo and quick add-ons such as bang trims, neck trims and beard trims can be added to a visit.
